Cancellation Policy

Before booking an appointment please be aware of our cancellation policy.

At The Physio Doctor, we are committed to providing high-quality physiotherapy care and helping you achieve the best possible results through consistent treatment.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Regular attendance helps us deliver effective care and supports your rehabilitation progress.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 48 business hours’ notice.

Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public holidays.

This notice period gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another patient in need of care.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 business hours’ notice, or missed appointments where you do not attend, may incur a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy by SMS and email. However, it remains your responsibility to attend your scheduled appointments or provide the required notice if you need to make changes.
