NeuroDesign Method
Think of it as a gym for your nervous system — using movement, breathing, and coordination drills to help the body regulate stress and move more efficiently.
This small-group physiotherapy class focuses on improving how the
nervous system and musculoskeletal system work together.
Sessions include a combination of:
• targeted mobility and fascial release
• breathing and ribcage mechanics
• coordination and balance drills
• controlled strength and stability work
• posture and movement retraining
Each week introduces a different movement focus designed to challenge the body’s ability to
regulate pressure, load, and coordination.
By progressively exposing the body to different movement demands, participants
improve joint control, tissue resilience, and nervous system adaptability.
This class is ideal for patients progressing through their rehabilitation plan
or for those wanting structured guidance to maintain long-term physical health.
“The body thrives on movement variability.
Each week we challenge the nervous system with a different type of movement stress so the body becomes more adaptable and resilient.”
- Dr. Jillian Zitny
Why this system is brilliant
It trains things most exercise programs ignore:
• pressure tolerance
• neurological variability
• fascia elasticity
• movement adaptability
• cognitive-motor integration
Which are the true foundations of pain-free movement.
