Hi, I’m Dr. Heath!

After 15+ years working in high-performance sport, private practice, and elite rehab environments, I’m excited to be part of a clinic that thinks differently about the body and is truly focused on making a difference in people’s lives.

Across my career, I’ve built and led sports medicine programs, treated Olympic and professional athletes, and worked extensively with complex, chronic and “mystery” presentations. Seeing the whole-body pattern, the human movement pyramid and not just the painful bit, has always been my approach—fascia-focused, manual therapy-driven, and integrated assessment style.

Most importantly, I’m passionate about helping people achieve results they never thought possible—and doing it with warmth, professionalism, and a bit of fun along the way.

Holistic Physiotherapist and Movement Specialist

Hi, I’m Dr. Jillian!

I’m a neuro-physical therapist and biomechanist, passionate about helping people understand the language of their body by blending neurology, biomechanics, and Human Design*.

I have always been interested in the human body; and I knew from a very young age this is how I wanted to spend the rest of my life. I completed a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy and biomechanics at California State University of San Marcos in 2009. After I received my degree, I worked with AFL teams including the Western Bulldogs, building my expertise in sports.

I went on to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in California in 2013, solidifying my foundation in evidence-based practice and manual therapy.
